ChatGuard — AI moderation for Telegram channels

ChatGuard is a platform for anonymous suggestion channels: a master bot registers submission bots, forwards posts to a moderator group, applies antispam rules, and publishes approved messages to the channel. Admins get user search, ban/unban, approval statistics, and tunable filters (daily limits, message length, similarity threshold).
